2017 California Walnut New HRI Recipe Demonstration & Competition

On November 8, ATO Chengdu worked with the California Walnut Commission to feature a local chef demonstration and contest for more than 50 young aspiring chefs at Sichuan Tourism University.  This event marks the fourth event at the Sichuan Tourism University highlighting the versatility and taste of American ingredients.  The long-term goal for such projects is to educate and train aspiring chefs, and instill in them a preference for U.S. ingredients before they begin their careers throughout southwest China in high-end restaurants and hotels.
